Deliveries
Please note that most of our pieces are made to order by each independent brand. Please allow the time provided on the product page for your product to be produced.
For shipping please allow between 2-5 working days from being despatched. All packages are delivered using tracked services and will require a signature upon receipt of your parcel.
Some orders will be dispatched directly by each independent brand, if you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.
An order dispatch email will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way with a tracking link.
We are currently only shipping to the UK where the delivery fee is £6 per order, spend over £150 for free delivery. If you are outside of the UK and would like to place an order, don’t hesitate to reach out and we will do everything we can to get this organised.
All delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

Returns & Exchanges
For any reason that you are not happy with your delivery and would like to make a return or exchange please contact us at info@thebridalhouselondon.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please return your item unused and in its original condition (including all packaging and labels intact) within 14 days to receive a refund or store credit, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.
Your return must be sent back to us using Royal Mail Tracked (or other tracked service that also includes insurance). You are responsible for return costs. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received.
Bespoke and customised goods, pieces that have been changed/amended/adjusted in style, colour or fit from their standard pieces offered on our website will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
You will receive an email to confirm once your return has arrived back with us. Please note, if you have sent back item(s) separately, you'll receive an email for each return shipment.
Once we have completed your refund you will receive another email. You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit or back to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.
